GotChutney is a family-owned catering business where we offer our special assortments of chutneys to bring a sweet and spicy flavor to your food. “One Drop Does It” came about as an ode to my grandmother’s chutney which was passed down to her from her mother and so forth. It is a recipe that has been used in our household for as long as I could remember and a little drop of chutney can invigorate a drab meal.

Chutney is on the margins of the plate as an accompaniment and my grandmother often believed every ingredient must be fresh and made fresh to order. Our chutney is prepared using traditional utensils just like home prepared to achieve the highest quality to bring you the authentic exquisite taste of India. We utilize the finest and freshest ingredients to achieve the wholesome, rich, and delicious taste of your favorite food in various regions of India. Our Chutneys deliver a powerful drop of micronutrients with the use of fresh and raw ingredients like pudina (mint), jeera (cumin), saunth (dry ginger).

Chutney is a paste comprising various ingredients, crushed on a grinding stone or pounded in a mortar with a pestle. Our goal is to use the variety of ingredients and burst of flavors that binds our multicultural eating practices together while reinterpreting nostalgic Indian dishes with an openness towards global techniques and influences.
